✺ Getting started
This cohort requires a 12-week commitment. Each week you will be joined live by our team for lecture and conversation. Each call will be recorded via zoom to be watched if a team member can’t make it. But it is recommended to join live as much as you can in order to get the most out of our team who are on the calls live to address your specific contexts and concerns.
What we’ll cover
-
✺ Design
Human Centered Design as a methodology for identifying real and felt needs through human curiosity and imagination. How to test the solutions to such a need and what iterative processes look like in faith communities and organizations.
-
✺ Theology
Innovative theology as a means to foster spiritual growth and transformation that is ever open to the changing spiritual needs of community.
-
✺ Innovation
Innovation takes time and commitment to doing the work. Following cultural trends, shifts, and emerging changes to better understand the contexts in which we do ministry. It all goes deeper than you think.
